Goddess in the Boardroom is a one-of a kind leadership program for executives, front-line leaders, educators and coaches that are supporting others in their personal and professional growth.
As the world we live in continues to evolve, so too must the ways in which we lead. We are at a point in time where we are seeing structures crumble and the world is calling women forward to create balance in leadership.
It has been common practice for women in leadership roles to feel like they have to “out-man” the men in order to be seen, heard and respected. The shift we are seeing in government, corporations, and institutions alike, is for leaders to step forward with more compassion, empathy and understanding; all of which are innate feminine super powers.
In a balanced leadership model, women balance out the masculine energies by embracing and leading from their feminine power.
This is a new map of leadership and it isn’t for the faint hearted. Choosing to be a beacon as a female leader in this world takes courage, strength, confidence, and determination.
Leadership isn’t just about leading others, it is also about leading ourselves.

For years now I have been teaching and speaking about leadership through the lens of our bodies 7 energy centres, and how they relate to our own different leadership archetypes.
This is the exploration of ancient human wisdom, and my practical experience as a woman, leader and spiritual practitioner – to create a map for leading self and business in 2021 and beyond.
